The staff was friendly and helpful . The room was VERY modern and clean. Everything functioned perfectly. I found the bed super comfortable.
The hotel is a bit far from many places, requiring Bolt to go anywhere. The tours I wanted to take lacked pickup service from this hotel.

high taxi faresremote location
The location was a real problem. I had to rely on taxis for everything. finding a taxi using bolt often took over 30 minutes, and the fares were surprisingly high (i'm talking over 500 thb for short trips). there weren't any restaurants or shops nearby either, so i was stuck paying high prices for food and drinks at the hotel.

Lovely stay!
lovely touchthoughtful designfriendly staffquiet area
i really enjoyed the closeness to the beach and also the availability of beach mats together with the towels. the rooms feature thoughtful design and provide very nice comfort. i found the staff unbelievably friendly and helpful. the area feels quiet, but the resort has all i needed. walking 20 minutes along the beach brought me to amazing bars and restaurants.
i noticed high humidity in the room, even water formed in the living room, but it was fine after airing.

The pools are tucked into different corners providing great options. I loved this feature. pool towels felt of great quality. the beach in front provides calm vibes and clean sand.

the staff worked hard to. everything related to facilities and services received clear explanation. a welcome gift for the kids represented a super cute and thoughtful touch, it was a perfect surprise.

breakfast provides an amazing array of choices, encompassing every cuisine imaginable. i found thai, chinese, and european tastes all well catered for. the management and the helpful, smiling staff deserve top marks and i will come again.
